We have a general 2-4 week lead time for any wheels that are made to order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a subsequent email once your wheels are shipped.

Warranty

Our wheels are covered with a 2 year structural guarantee. If the wheel is bent, cracked, or broken we will replace it. This warranty does not cover wear and tear like curb rash, pothole impacts, and or scuffs.

What is the turnaround time for Ostar Wheels?

Most of our wheels are made to order which means we average right around a 2-4 week lead time for most standardized sizes. Wheels that require considerable customization may take longer.
